Cloradean Banks Tyler, 90, Indianapolis passed away Thursday, August 1, 2013 at West Park Rehabilitation.
She was born January 19, 1923 in Indianapolis daughter of Vernal Louise and John Wesley Banks.
Cloradean had worked for Indiana University Hospital over 30 years, retiring in 1984. She was a faithful member of New Baptist Church, she seved as president of the Mission Chorus, a member of the Nurse's Aide and also taught Sunday school. Cloradean enjoyed puzzles and game shows, especially The Price is Right. She loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 8 siblings and grandson, Sean Bible.
Cloradean is survived by her children, Robert D. Bible Jr., (Martha), Brenda A. Allen-Lester, (William), Charles E. Bible, (Patricia), James A. White and Cloteal L. Stone-Day; 11 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
Services will be 12:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at New Baptist Church 1211 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St. Visitation will be 10:00 A.M. until service time the same day.
