Clarence R. Cochran
87, of Indianapolis, passed away on June 23, 2018. Clarence retired from I.P.L. after 40 years. He was an Army Veteran. His favorite hobby was model railroading, he participated in several train clubs which brought him lots of joy. He is survived by his wife, Ellie Cochran; sons, Steven (Kim), David (Leanna) and Kenneth Cochran; four granddaughters; two step-grandsons and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 28, 2018 from 2 to 5 pm with a memorial service at 5 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Decatur Funeral Center.
