Clarence A. "Jack" Brown, Jr., 84, of Brownsburg, passed away on Monday, January 12, 2015. He was born on October 5, 1930 in Louisville, KY to Clarence A. Brown, Sr. and Dorothy (Monroe) Brown. Jack moved with his family to Evansville, where he graduated from Evansville Central High School. He continued his education, graduating from Indiana State with a B.S. and Butler University with his Master's Degree. Jack worked as a teacher for the IPS and Mooresville school system where he also coached football. He retired from Manual High School where he worked as a Guidance Director. During his retirement he worked as a football official and traveled all over the state. Jack was also an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching his grandson's sporting events. He loved to travel and enjoyed many special trips with his family. Jack was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Nancy Brown; children, David Brown and Amy Boswell; grandson, Sean Boswell. Visitation will be held at Flanner and Buchanan – Speedway on Thursday, January 15, 2015 from 4pm-8pm. A memorial service will be held Friday morning at 11am in St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
