Clara Jean Hamilton

Clara Jean Rice Hamilton 70, Indianapolis, passed away April 23, 2012. Clara was employed in Housekeeping with Eli Lilly and Co., retiring in 2003. She was a member of the Power of Prayer Community Church. Clara is survived by her loving husband, Harry Hamilton; son, Dallas Hamilton; sisters, Shirley A. Davis, Ruby Rice, Amanda Rice, Barbara Rice and Debbie Rice. She was preceded in death by her parents, Shirley and Martha (Bartley) Rice; sister, Audrey Lowe and brother, Harry G. Rice; grandchildren, Katherine and Kristin Hamilton. Services for Clara will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Flanner and Buchanan-Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington St., with visitation from 2 to 8 p.m. on Friday, April 27 and from 11 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
