Clancy Charles Arnold

Clancy Charles Arnold of Indianapolis, IN passed away April 17, 2023. He was born April 29, 1935, in Indianapolis, IN. to the late James Louis and Mary Francis (Sparks) Arnold. He graduated from Arsenal Tech High School then enlisted in the U. S. Air Force, serving 4 years. He then worked positions at Naval Avionics – Indianapolis for 35 years before retiring from civil service. He was builder and flyer of control line aircraft.  He also served Central Indiana Boy Scouts in many capacities.  He enjoyed working with electronics and amateur radio in his spare time.

He is preceded in death by his sister, Betty Lou Taylor and his parents. He is survived by his wife Patricia (Davis) Arnold; sons Brent Davis Arnold (Janet) and Donald Clancy Arnold (Melissa); seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
