Christopher Cardona

Christopher Cardona, 43, of Carmel, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly on August 6, 2023.

Chris was born on June 20, 1980 in Indianapolis, IN to Guillermo Cardona & Linda Hough. He graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science in Education with High Distinction, Special Education and Teaching. Chris married Julie Cedars on October 22, 2005 in Indianapolis, IN. She survives with her courageous children, Emerson and Grayson. He was most recently employed at edX in Carmel, Indiana as Vice President Partner Management. During Chris’ distinguished career, he was a recipient of numerous prestigious awards. Chris adored his children, loved spending time on the golf course, and enjoyed volunteering at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church in children’s ministry.

Chris is survived by his parents, Guillermo (Maria) Cardona and Linda Hough, father-in-law, Ray Cedars, mother-in-law, Anna Cedars, his brother, Robert (Christina) Cardona and sister-in-law Aleeza (James) Owolawi, as well as nephew, Isaac and niece, Zoey.

A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
