Christine Sutton, a beloved Mother, Grandmother, GG and Sister, passed away peacefully on November 26, 2025, in New Palestine, Indiana. Born October 19th, 1937, in Warsaw, Kentucky, to her parents Claude and Ethel Breeden. Christine lived a life rich in faith, love, and cherished moments.
Christine was known for her unwavering devotion as a child of the God. She found immense joy in her role as a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, making treasured memories with her family. Her laughter filled the room during family gatherings, where she was the heart of joy and celebration.
Christine was a member of Calvary Tabernacle Church, where her faith strengthened the bonds of her family and friends.
Christine is survived by her loving children, Tina (Greg) Waggoner, Candace (Johnathan) Curtis, and David (Sandra) McDaniel, her cherished granddaughters, Brittany (Chris) Skinner, Lauren (David) Stuck, Brooke (Grant) Powell, Maci Curtis, Siminda (Jason) Rasnake and grandson Matthew (Jessica) McDaniel, as well as her great-grandchildren Kendall, Cooper, Evie, Chelsie, Janiece, Paige, Gavynn, Nik, Christopher, Jadon, Joss, Ben, and Henry. Sisters Aline Lee, Wanda Romine, Peggy Stuart and brother David Breeden.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Ethel Breeden and brother Eugene Breeden.
Her family will forever hold her memory close to their hearts. In honor of her life, a Visitation will be held on December 4, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a Funeral Service from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Flanner Buchanan-Memorial Park, located at 9350 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229. She will be laid to rest at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Christine Sutton’s legacy of love, faith, and joy will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her.
