Christina M. 'Christy' Walker Schoolcraft

Christina Michelle Walker Schoolcraft 46, of Indianapolis died May 18, 2013. Christy was born on November 1, 1966 to Fayette and Alma Walker. Christy was a graduate of Washington High School and Harrison College. She worked at Methodist Hospital for 20 years as a department secretary for various departments. When she wasn't working she enjoyed spending time with her family, going to the beach, horseback riding and belly dancing. She was preceded in death by her father Fayette D. Walker. She is survived by her mother Alma Walker, husband Sam Schoolcraft, son Michael Brenton Walker and his wife Melissa, daughter Samantha Christine Walker, granddaughter Mikaela Walker, many aunts, uncles, cousins and good friend Suzy Caffery. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4pm until 8pm at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center- Floral Park, 425 N. Holt Rd. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:00pm at the funeral center.
