Chip Branham/Ronnie F. Branham, Jr. 53, , of Indianapolis passed away June 11, 2015. He was born to Ronnie F. and Betty J. (Hunt) Branham on August 8, 1961 in Indianapolis, IN . On September 8,1991 he married Alma J. (Nichols) Branham. He was a Customer Service Representative at Carriage Cleaners for the past several years. Chip belonged to the Corvette Club , was a member of the Quarter Midgets Hall of Fame, raced at the Indianapolis Speedrome in car #44, a member of the Vores Racing Series, was an avid collector of Hot Wheels and a very skilled model builder and the family said virtually there wasn't anything he couldn't do especially when it came to cars. He is survived by his wife, Alma, son, Brent (Holly) Cardwell, granddaughter, Kasey Brianne Cardwell, step grandchildren, Emily and Eli Ball, mother, Betty L. Branham, sisters, Camilla (Dan) Chamberlain, Jill (Brett) Gildersleeve and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Ronnie F. Branham. Services will be held Tuesday, June 16, 2015 11 AM at Flanner and Buchanan-Decatur Twp. with visitation there on Monday, June 15th 4-8 PM and 1 hour prior to the service on Tuesday. He will be laid to rest at Floral Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
