Chin Huang, 98, of Carmel passed away May 20, 2023. He was born May 28, 1924, in Zhejiang, China. He married Jing “Nancy” Pien, who preceded him in passing.
He worked and studied independently at a very early age, completed his university studies, and joined an architect firm in Shanghai, China. A few years later, he was invited to Taiwan and worked in a real estate management office of the Bank of Taiwan, where he served as engineer, section chief, commissioner, and deputy director. He loved to exercise even into his 90s. He would go to the gym every day to swim and work out. He was up to date with politics by reading newspapers and watching TV news every day.
He became a follower of Christ in the early part of 1980s. For decades, he was truly blessed by God. His everyday morning routine were reading the Bible and pray. He would attend the worship every Sunday morning. Even with his hearing limitations, he insisted on participating in different ways. He knew his redeemer.
