Chester Howell

Chester Leroy Howell, 76, Indianapolis, passed away March 16, 2014. He was born January 21, 1938, in Scottsville, KY, the son of the late Ruble and Ardath (Brown) Howell. He married Sylvia (Couch) Howell on May 24, 1963. Leroy was a retired carpenter. He enjoyed working on cars and was an avid NASCAR fan. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Sylvia Howell; daughter, Peggy (Tom) Andrusk; and a sister, Anna Fykes. He was preceded in passing by his brother, Kenneth Howell. Services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 21, 2014, at Flanner and Buchanan – Broad Ripple, 1305 East Broad Ripple Avenue.
