Cheryl Luann Ragsdale

60, of Speedway, passed away on December 19, 2020. She was born on August 14, 1960 in Indianapolis, Indiana as the daughter of Lawrence Jr. and Delores Moon.

Cheryl loved spending time with her loved ones but at the same time loved being independent. A supportive mother and friend, she always put everyone else first. She was a thoughtful detail oriented person; she loved art in the form of city landscapes and romantic Hallmark movies. She touched the hearts of many with her kindness.

Cheryl is survived by her son, Brandon Ragsdale; uncle, Jim Warriner; sister, Lisa Smiley; brother, Tim Moon.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father; brother-in-law, Rick Smiley;  aunt,. Dee Warriner.

A visitation will be held on Monday, December 28, 2020, from 10am-12noon at Flanner Buchanan – Speedway. A funeral service will be held immediately following at 12noon, also at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Washington Park East Cemetery.
