Chervyl E. Lesher

Chervyl Elizabeth Lesher died on December 15, 2025. She was born on August 1, 1929, at Salem (Ohio) Hospital. Her parents, Carl Ward Lesher and Lanorma Frank Lesher, and her brother, Carl Frank Lesher, predeceased her.

She is survived by two nephews, Dr. Carl Michael Lesher of Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, and John Matthew Lesher, of Carmel, Indiana, and her niece, Julie Lesher (Dennis) Sutton, of Sheridan, Indiana.

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 23, from 10am to 11am, with a Funeral Service at 11am, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 526 E 52nd St, Indianapolis, IN 46205.

Chervyl graduated from Shortridge High School in 1947, attended St. Louis Conservatory of Music, and received a 2-year business certificate from Capital University, Columbus, Ohio. She was employed at Eli Lily and Company for 39 years. She was a volunteer at Goodwill Industries and Visit Indy.
