Charlotte Ann Penington

Charlotte Ann Penington, 82, of Westfield, IN, passed away on June 1, 2021. She was born on October 8, 1938, in Philadelphia, PA, to the late James and Charlotte White. She retired from Carmel OB-GYN where she had worked as the office manager.  Ann was a member of Orchard Park Presbyterian Church. She loved playing bridge with her friends and was known for her sweet-nature and devotion to her grandchildren.

Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Donald.  She is survived by her children Donald, Jr (Rhonda) Penington and Susan (Jeff) Jennings; sister, Kay (Jim) Troyer; grandchildren, Hannah (Jake) Jennings-Davis and Maddie Jennings.

Visitation will be Sunday, June 6, from 2 pm to 4 pm and funeral service on Monday, June 7, at 1 pm, both at Flanner and  Buchanan – Carmel. Ann’s final resting place will be at Union Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made out to the American Heart Association
