Charlotte A. Foster

Charlotte A. Foster 60 of Mooresville, IN passed away April 7, 2015. She was born on June 1, 1954 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Starling and Ina C. (Newkirk) Foster. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and was on the Residents Council at Meadow Lakes. She is survived by her sister, Kathy (David) Cobb, brothers, Steve (Angie) and George (Anna) Foster. She is preceded in death by her parents, Starling and Ina C. (Newkirk) Foster. Services will be held Saturday, April 11, 2015 1PM at Flanner and Buchanan- Decatur Township with visitation there Friday, April 10th 4-9 PM. She will be laid to rest at Floral Park Cemetery.
