Charles J. 'Chuck' Stark

Dr. Charles J. Stark "Chuck" 68, of Zionsville, Indiana passed away March 4, 2013. He was born February 15, 1945 in Gary, Indiana to Robert and Agnes (Miklik) Stark. Chuck graduated from Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1973. He was the founder and owner for 35 years of Lafayette Road and West 56th Street Veterinary Hospitals. Chuck enjoyed helping and caring for all animals. He was an amazing husband, father, son, brother, grandfather, and a great friend and a compassionate veterinarian. Chuck loved building hot rods, running, and reading, but most of all he loved playing with his grandchildren. Chuck will be missed but never forgotten. He will remain in our hearts forever. He was preceded in death by his father Robert Joseph Stark. He leaves to cherish his memories a loving and devoted wife of 44years, Larrianne "Sam" Stark; sons, Christopher (Rachel) Stark of Fort Worth, Texas and Adam (Annie) Stark of Lafayette, IN; mother, Agnes Stark; 3 sisters, and 1 brother; 2 grandchildren and many loving relatives and friends. Friends may call Friday March 8, 2013 from 4pm-8pm at St. Monica Catholic Church 6131 N. Michigan Road. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday March 9, 2013 at 10am with one hour of calling prior to service at the church. Burial will take place in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Purdue University's College of Veterinary Medicine, In Memory of Dr. Charles J. Stark.
