Charles F. Buckhorn

Charles F. Buckhorn 92, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on Good Friday, April 6, 2012. He was born on December 25, 1919. He attended Butler University, and was a retired Major in the U.S. Air Force. He retired in 1975 from Indiana National Bank. He was a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Florence, daughters, Beverly Buckhorn and Barbara (Steve) Harnedy, granddaughters, Kim Butler & Kara Welch, and four great-grandchildren, Ashley, Austin, Collin and Evan. Visitation will be Monday, April 9, 2012 from 4 to 8pm at Flanner and Buchanan-Speedway. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 10:30 am at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 6000 W. 34th Street in Indianapolis to be followed by entombment at Calvary Cemetery.
