CHARLES E. BUSCHMANN, 95, Indianapolis, died December 27.
He owned and operated Seville Apartments for 11 years, retiring in 1980. Previously, he was the president of Lewis Meier & Co. for 30 years.
An Eagle Scout, he was active in Boy Scouts.
