The Rev. CECIL C. RUSSELL, 74, Indianapolis, died Nov. 16.
He was a pastor at Rescue Free Will Baptist Church. Prior to that, he was a pastor at New Bethel General Baptist Church and was a machinist 25 years for Schwitzer Corp., retiring in 1985.
