Cecilia Rose Vester Comella

Speedway – 87, Passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2022, with family at her bedside. Cecilia was born July 7, 1935 to Fritz and Rose Vester. She was the oldest of 7 children; preceded in death by both parents, her sister and 2 brothers.

Cecilia is survived by her 4 children Michael, Jr., Julie, Janet Smith (Kurt), and Nicholas; 4 grandchildren Alex (Corrin), Nichole, Caitlin and Giana; a great granddaughter Norah and her chocolate lab, Max. She is also survived by 3 brothers, several sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to St Christopher Catholic Church, Speedway on Sunday August 7 at 3:30 for a blessing over Cecilia’s ashes, 4 – 5p to visit and reminisce with family, followed by 5:30 mass.

Memorial contributions may be made in Cecilia’s honor to the Speedway Animal Rescue or the St Christopher Society of St Vincent DePaul.
