Catherine L Baez, 65, of Indianapolis left us on WednesdayFebruary 24, 2016. She is survived by her Mother Jessica D Welch, her daughterAngelique Baez and son in law Matt Mertz and two lovely grandchildren. Sister, Barbara McLin (Bill) and Brother, Malcolm Welch (Lisa).
