Carolyn G. “Connie” Smith

84 years old, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away onSunday, June 5, 2016. Connie was a member of Plymouth Avenue Christian Churchin Deland, Florida. Connie was employed as a secretary to the superintendent LawrenceTownship Schools. She enjoyed spending quality time with her family and was anavid angel collector as well as planning every adventure in her life. She wasknown for her loving spirit to all who knew her.

Connie is survived by her son, Dan Smith (Jan);daughters, Teresa Stickels (Rob) and Christine White (James Stevens); 13grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husbandof 59 years Philip Smith; parents, John and Naomi Ealy; sisters, Shirley andGloria.
