Carol Ann Paff

Carol Ann (McClarren) Paff, 87, passed away surrounded by the love of her family on November 14, 2025. Carol was born to George and Ruth (Baker) McClarren on November 12, 1938.

Carol married the love of her life, Donald Paff Sr. on November 5, 1955, and they were married for 55 years, until Donald’s passing on February 23, 2011. Carol was a devoted mother. She embraced everyone she met with kindness and became a lifelong friend to many. Fiercely independent and a truly strong woman, she faced every season of life with remarkable strength and grace. Carol’s unwavering love, generosity, and spirit will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know her.

Carol is preceded in death by her loving husband Donald Paff Sr., parents George and Ruth (Baker) McClarren, great-grandchildren Ryan Latham and Charley Banks; siblings Marge Faith and Earl McClarren.

She is survived by her children Donald (Cathy) Paff Jr., Sean (Larry) Jones, Derek Paff, Dane Paff, Stacy (Stanley) Jones and Doug (Tina) Paff; grandchildren Carol Jean (Steve) Latham, Donald (Jon) Paff III, Kasey (Tim) Banks, Kyle (Lauren) Jones, Derek (Amy) Paff Jr., Drew Paff, Emma Paff, Diana (Danny) Fox, Michael (Emelia) Paff, Dane (Julia) Paff, Ashley Jones, Shauna (Jeremey) Bushaw, Stanley Jones II, Austin Paff, Ares (Alex) Paff, Ettafaye Paff, Kamil (Mary Alice) Albayaa, Samantha (Chris) Ratliff; great-grandchildren Renny Latham, Stephen (Kacey) Latham, Sydney Latham, Ainsley Banks, Finnley Banks, Autumn Jones, Sophie Jones, Evan Jones, Aiden Paff, Abby Paff, Owen Paff, Eleanor Fox, Claire Fox, Baby Boy Fox, Nora Paff, Francesca Paff, Aurora Jones, Kynleigh Paff and Mason Ratliff; and sister Chloe Newman and sister-in-law Debbie McClarren. She also had many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews whom she loved dearly.

Visitation for Carol Paff will take place on Friday, November 21, 2025, from 6:00-9:00pm at Flanner Buchanan Washington Park East Funeral Home, 10722 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46229. Funeral services will occur on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 10:00am followed by entombment at Washington Park East Cemetery.
