Carol J. Nash
67, Indianapolis, passed away peacefully and comfortably with her family on Wednesday, April 10, 2013. She was born July 13, 1945, in Celina, OH, the daughter of the late Ernest and Bertha (Hess) Beckstedt. She married Pat Nash on August 20, 1966, in Celina.
Carol graduated from Immaculate Conception High School, Celina. She was an active member of St. Pius X Parish and the St. Augustine's Guild. She volunteered at the St. Augustine's Home and enjoyed sewing, crocheting. gardening, and playing bridge in many groups. Carol was a homemaker. Her greatest joy was raising and caring for her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Pat Nash; children, Mike (Melinda) Nash, Steve (Mary) Nash, Julie (Mark) Stevenson, Betsy (Mike) Leavitt; grandchildren, Bill, Bridget, Michael Nash, Matthew, Chloe, Katherine Nash, Kate, Ben, Drew Stevenson, Emma and Michael Leavitt; and two brothers, Bob (Duretta) Beckstedt and Bill Beckstedt.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 12 noon Monday, April 15, 2013, at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 7200 Sarto Drive. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Sunday, April 14, 2013, at the church, and also one hour prior to Mass.
