81 of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on June 13, 2025. Carol was born on April 19, 1944, in West Terre Haute, Indiana to the late William Williford and Josephine Meeks. She was a Homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband Estill Manning, Stepfather Oliver Meeks, sister Sharon Anderson and her parents. She is survived by her children James Lee Manning (Sherry), Carol Joann Ruano, William Eugene Manning (Donna), grandchildren Joshua James Manning (Debbie), Savanna Jo Ruano, Brandon Michael Hendricks, Cole Keeley, Steven Powell (Rene’e), Paula Hodges, eleven great grandchildren, nine great great grandchildren, two great great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Monday, June 23, 2025, from noon to 2 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Funeral service will be Monday, June 23, 2025, at 2 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
