Carl L. Schmidt, 75, Indianapolis, died Thursday, May 25.
He was the vice president of sales for Hendricks Engineering for 10 years, retiring in 1988.
He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6788.
