CARL E. STRANGE, 68, Indianapolis, died March 13.
He was a welder 17 years for Webco, retiring in 1983.
Mr. Strange was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War and a member of American Legion Post 64 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2839.
