55, of Indianapolis, went to be with The Lord on September 18, 2016. Calvin was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to Morris and Mary (Lawrence) Lee. Calvin worked for 26 years at Foundry Services, before retirement in January of this year. He was member of First Church of Deliverance and Recovery. A dedicated family man, he loved spending time with his family and would do anything to help anyone in need. Also an avid sports fan, he loved watching the Colts and Pacers! He was preceded in death by his sister Ruth Jewell. Left to cherish his memory; his father Morris Lee and wife Jeanette; his mother Mary Williams and husband Harold Sr.; his fiancé Ruby Mitchell; his son Calvin Eugene Ward and wife April; daughters Nicole Lawrence, Terica Lee; brothers Harold Williams and wife Pam; sisters Brenda Ward and husband Jimmy, Glenda Hollonquest and husband Cliff, Florence Ware, Diane Montgomery; step brother Carl Mathews; 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Saturday September 24th from 10am until time of services at 11:00am at Flanner and Buchanan- Floral Park. Burial will follow the services in Floral Park Cemetery.
