Brenda Negron

Brenda (Jennings) Negron, 79, of Indianapolis, passed away December 28, 2017.

Brenda was born on November 21, 1938 to the late Reid and Vida Jennings in Burkesville, KY. She worked for Western Electric for over 12 years. She loved animals, shopping, and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband Antonio “Tony” Negron, and her parents.

She is survived by her step-daughter, Rosie Negron Valdez (Joe); grandchildren, Joey and Jenni Valdez; siblings, Bill Jennings (Joyce), Jesse Jennings (Phyllis), Linda Mimna (Steve Hooker), Sammie Jennings (Delene), Kay Hofer (Frank), Ronnie Jennings, Robert Payne Jennings (Norma); and many nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are invited to gather from 4:00-8:00pm on Tuesday, January 2, 2017 with a funeral service to take place, 11:00am on Wednesday, January 3, 2017 at Flanner Buchanan- Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis. She will be laid to rest at Washington Park East Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Brenda’s honor may be made to either the Alzheimer’s Association or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
