Brandon Nguyen

Brandon Nguyen, of Carmel, Indiana, passed away on June 3rd, 2026.

Born on January 26, 2005, Brandon will be remembered for the moments he shared with family and friends, and for the lasting impact he made on the lives of those who knew him. Those who loved him will remember his authentic individuality, consistent humor, and strong convictions.

One of the most cherished memories of Brandon is the year he learned how to make homemade bread. There was so much pride in his baking shared by the family and Brandon himself. That year, Thanksgiving stretched late into the evening as everyone made sure to stay and share the bread Brandon had made for his family. It was never really about the bread.

Brandon is survived by his beloved grandmother, Loan Huynh; his mother, Tammy Hutson; and his sister, Wendy Nguyen. He was a cherished grandson, son, brother, and friend whose memory will be carried forward by all who loved him.

Though his time with us was far too short, Brandon’s life touched many people, and he will be deeply missed.

A Visitation for Brandon will be from 2:30 pm - 3 pm, on Monday, June 29, 2026, at Flanner Buchanan - Hamilton Memorial Park (Lakeview Chapel), 4180 Westfield Road, Westfield, IN 46062, with a Graveside Service immediately following at 3 pm. Burial will be at Hamilton Memorial Park Cemetery. 

Memorial donations may be made to Brandon's family, to assist with funeral expenses. 

May he be remembered with love and welcomed by those who have gone before him. May he be free from suffering and find peace on his journey.
