Bonnie Ruth Weinmann

Bonnie Ruth (Hotle) Weinmann passed away on March 17, 2022 at the age of 87.  Bonnie was born in Indianapolis, IN on November 7, 1934 to parents, Elvin F. and Corda M. (Andis) Hotle.  During her career, Bonnie worked as an administrative assistant for 24 years with Best Lock and for four years with the International Center of the Wesleyan Church.

Bonnie’s life was centered around her faith, her church, and her family.  She was a member of Evanston Wesleyan Church, where she was involved in music, women’s, and children’s ministries.  She also volunteered at Frankfort Camp Ministries and Hephzibah Children’s Ministries in Macon, GA.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, Elvin and Corda Hotle and brothers, Floyd Hotle, Rev. Ray Hotle, Rev. Eldon Hotle, and Omar Hotle; and one son, Richard E. Weinmann.

Survivors include her husband of 68 years, Robert A. Weinmann; children: Pamela K. Potter (James), Robert A. Weinmann (Carol), Elvin E. Weinmann (Cyndi) and James D. Weinmann (Angie); grandchildren: Kyle Potter, Christa (Eric) Key, Allison (Joe) Miller, Brady (Allison) Weinmann, Ben and Grant Weinmann, Rachael (Gavin) Wentz, Lindsey (Luc) Henderson, Kaitlyn (Andrew) Colaw; great-grandchildren: Nathan and Wyatt Key, Roman and Bennett Miller, Kennedy and Sophie Weinmann, with two more on the way.

Friends may call from 5pm until 8pm, Monday, March 21, 2022 at Flanner Buchanan-Broad Ripple (1305 Broad Ripple Ave, Indpls).  Funeral services will be held at 11am, Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at Evanston Wesleyan Church (69^th St. & Evanston Ave, Indpls), where friends may call from 10am until the service time.  Burial will follow services in Union Chapel Cemetery.
