82 of Plainfield, Indiana, passed away on November 30, 2025. Bobby was born on March 23, 1943, in Taylorsville, Kentucky to the late Clarence Henry and Willie Mae McDonald. He retired as a Chief Petty Officer from the U.S. Navy. He also retired from the Veteran’s Administration where he was Chief of Security Services. He was a Vietnam War Veteran and a member of Grace Fellowship Church. He was preceded in death by his brothers Clarence, Albert and Joe McDonald, sisters Clarene Ritter and Betty Ritter and his parents. He is survived by his wife Karen Coppock McDonald, children James (Christine) McDonald and Bobbi (Robert) Kennedy, grandchildren Richard, Kayla, Parker, Jared, great grandchildren Grayson, Lucian, Ethan, Aleeah and Adrian, sister Mildred Dailey and brother Michael McDonald. Visitation will be on Friday, December 5, 2025, from 4 pm to 8 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Funeral Service will be on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at 10 am at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Burial will follow at West Ridge Park Cemetery.
