Bobbie J. Statzer

Bobbie J. (Rogers) Statzer, 77, of Indianapolis passed away April 7, 2012. She was born August 3, 1934 in Bonnyman, KY. She worked 20 years as a telecommunications supervisor for IU before retiring. Bobbie is survived by her 5 children; Lenora Housman, Anita Kaye Smith, husband Garry, Carlene E. Smith husband Timothy, Mary R. Statzer and Timothy Statzer; a brother James Durbin, sisters Wilma J. Wells and Rachel Johnson; 13 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother Margaret Durbin, granddaughter, Chloe Grace Statzer, who died of SIDS August 3, 2001; brothers Frank Durbin, Ronald P. Durbin and Thomas Durbin, and sister Dolores Yant. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-8 PM at Flanner and Buchanan – Floral Park, the funeral will be Wednesday at 11 AM at the funeral center.
