Bobbi Jo Bush

Bobbi Jo Bush, 61 of Carmel, passed away at her home, surrounded by her family, on Monday, January 1, 2024.  Bobbi Jo was born December 2, 1962 in Anderson, IN.  She was a graduate on Ball State University.

Bobbi Jo was a nurse for over 30 years, most recently at Ascension St. Vincent Carmel Hospital.  She was also a doula at The Birth Hub where she taught birthing classes and did home deliveries.  She was very active at Rise Church in Indianapolis.

Bobbi Jo's Celebration of Life will be at the Ritz Charles, 12156 N Meridian St, Carmel, IN 46032, Sunday, January 21st from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Doors open for the celebration at 1:00 pm service begins at 2:00 pm. 

Bobbi Jo is survived by her husband of 32 years, Kyle; children, Madeline (husband, Thaddeus) DeVries, Emma Bush and Gracie Bush; father, Robert J. Gates; brothers, Hollis Gates and Scott Gates.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Brenda Gates and her brother, Jeff Gates.
