Blake Thomas Boothe

Blake Thomas Boothe, 14, of Westfield, passed away March 12, 2014. He was born August 23, 1999 to Jeffrey and Heather Boothe (Park). Blake was a student at Westfield Middle School. He will be remembered for his love of art and animals. He was a good boy and his parents were proud of him. He is survived by his parents, Brother; Logan, Grandmas; Teresa and Tina, Grandpa; Paul, several aunts, uncles and cousins. He is also survived by his best friend Alexis. Funeral Mass will be on March 15, 2014 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel at 12:30. Visitation will be from 9:30 am until the time of service.
