Billy Norman Nelson

79 of Indianapolis, IN was born December 13, 1937 and passed away April 3, 2017. He was born in Tompkinsville, Kentucky to Garret and Atla (Tooley) Nelson. He married the love of his life, Hazel Marie Ferguson on February 9, 1959. Bill retired from Amtrak after over 30 years of service. Surviving to cherish his memory are his children, Bill S. “Mugz” (Ruth) Nelson and Michael Nelson;

Grandchildren, Bryce and Peyton. Bill’s loving wife, Hazel, and son, Kenny R. Nelson, preceded him in death. Friends may visit from 4-8 PM, Friday, April 7, 2017 at Flanner and Buchanan – Memorial Park, 9350 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46229.
