Billy Gene Yowell Jr., 58 of Indianapolis died July 12, 2016. Billy was born on November 11, 1957 in Clinton, IN to Billy Gene and Peggy Ann (Waldridge) Yowell Sr. Billy was a member of the Speedway General Baptist Church. Billy was an Iron worker for the Union Iron Workers Local #22. Billy is preceded in death by his father Billy Gene Yowell Sr. Calling will be held on Saturday July 16, 2016 at the Speedway General Baptist Church 3821 West 34th Street from 10 am to Noon followed by the funeral at Noon. Billy is survived by his wife Patricia Anne (Rhea) Yowell; his children Billie Sue (Dan) Howk, Lindsey (Billy) Wright and Aaron Yowell; sister, Cindy (Joe) Pognant nieces and nephews Ashley (Aaron) Stern, Matthew (Alisa) Pognant and Tipp (Emma) Pognant and his great niece Alexis Pognant and his four legged friends “the girls” Roxieann and Sis. Burial: Bethel Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to either the Indianapolis Humane Society or the Church. Flanner and Buchanan-Speedway are handling arrangements.
