Billy "Bill" T. Napier Sr.

Billy Napier, 86, of Indianapolis, passed away on March 2, 2021.

He was born in Scottsville, Kentucky on November 13^th, 1934 to the late Joe and Bertha Napier.

Billy had a strong work ethic.  He worked two full time jobs to support his family.  He worked for GM and Barricks Plating.

He will be remembered as a family man who would help anyone in need.  He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years Wilma Jean Napier; children Anita Diane Sichting (David), Billy T. Napier Jr (Lola), Joe Allen Napier (Kathy), and Ernest Lee House (Lisa); grandchildren Eric, Holly, Joshua, Billy, Trisha, Melissa, Cindy, Magon, Nicole, Allison, Morgan, Chrissy, Thomas, and Johnny; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; siblings Wilma White, Mildred Kringel, James Harold Napier; and several nieces and nephews including two special nieces Paula Witte and Donna Reese.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his daughter Linda Kay Daniels;  great-grandchildren Jaxon James Lee Daniels and Elliott G. House; siblings Pauline Stinson, Don Napier, Cornwell (Bud) Napier, Cordell Napier, Overa Napier, Carvel Napier; half-brothers Jimmy Napier and Danny Napier; and stepsisters Faye and Barbara.

Visitation will be held Monday, March 8 from 12 to 2 PM at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St, Indianapolis. Funeral Services will begin at 2 PM. Burial will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery.
