85, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on June 27, 2020 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Billy was born on February 10, 1935 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Billy was retired from RCA. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Bracken; mother, C. Doris Sloan and father, Homer Bracken. He is survived by his son, Christopher Bracken; sisters, Barbara Truitt and Bessie Sanders; nieces, Toni Collins, Kim Fowler and April Gartin and many great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Entombment will take place at Floral Park Cemetery. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
