Billie W. Babb,80 of Indianapolis, passed away December 15, 2017. She was born July 4, 1937 in Clay County, KY to Burchel and Bertha Arnett. She worked many years for Western Electric before retiring in 1990. Billie is survived by her sister Phyllis (Ralph) Davis and several nieces, nephews and their families.
Friends may visit with her family from 11 am until service time at 1 pm Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Flanner Buchanan – Floral Park, 425 N. Holt Rd., Indianapolis. Contributions may be made in Billie’s memory to the Salvation Army. Please share memories and condolences at www.flannerbuchanan.com.
