Billie W. Babb

Billie W. Babb,80 of Indianapolis, passed away December 15, 2017. She was born July 4, 1937 in Clay County, KY to Burchel and Bertha Arnett. She worked many years for Western Electric before retiring in 1990. Billie is survived by her sister Phyllis (Ralph) Davis and several nieces, nephews and their families.
