Billie Jean Blackburn

Billie Jean Blackburn 88, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on April 22, 2013.She was born September 22, 1924 in Princeton, IN. She was a member of the women moose lodge #11. She is survived by her son Ted Blackburn, daughters Judith (Leonard) Barber and Susan (Thomas) O'Brien. Sisters Patty (Jerome) Meser and Wilma (Hubert) Graham. 28 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband Thomas V. Blackburn Sr. and sons Anthony and Thomas Blackburn. Family and friends will gather Thursday, April 25, 2013 11-1pm at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN; with a service beginning at 1pm. Burial will take place at Washington Park East Cemetery.
