Beverly Williams Pullen

March 8, 1961 — May 10, 2016

Beverly Williams Pullen passed away Tuesday, May 10th, 2016 in Indianapolis, Indiana, after her second battle with cancer the past three years. She was a native Kentuckian, born March 8th, 1961 in Louisville. Beverly graduated from Seneca High School and got her degree in General and Special Education from Eastern Kentucky University, as well as completed her Master’s program in Special Education. She began working for Bourbon County Schools and then transferred to Jefferson County Schools in Louisville, Kentucky, followed by Orchard Country Day School in Indianapolis and then Plainfield School Corporation. She then began working for Children’s Learning Program at Zionsville Methodist Church, followed by Indianapolis Public Schools at school #55, where she taught the last 3 years. Beverly was also a proud member of Lifepointe Church in Westfield, Indiana. She is preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Lucille Williams.
Beverly is survived by her husband, Gerald W. Pullen; four children, Alex, Katie, Jaclyn, and Grant Pullen, all of Zionsville, Indiana; as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.
The visitation will be held Thursday, May 19th from 4-7:30. The funeral will be Friday, May 20th at 3:30. Both will take place at Zionsville Methodist Church, 9644 Whitestown Road, Zionsville, Indiana.
