Beverly Anne Heady, 82, of Fishers went to be with the Lord on September 8, 2022. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky on September 24, 1939, to the late Effie and Donald Cissell. Beverly attended Arsenal Tech High School. In earlier years, Beverly worked as a Technician Repairwoman for Regency Electronics, Uniden, and Aircom MFG. Beverly married Donald Kemp and had three beautiful children with him. After his passing in 2002, Beverly later met and married her love, George Heady. Together, her and George built and blended a wonderful life together, full of traveling, cruising, and making everlasting memories with friends and family. Beverly could best be remembered by her overwhelming sense of giving. She put everyone before herself, and she always saw the good in people. Her strong faith and love for the Lord, helped her to be the beloved matriarch of the family. She was an amazing wife, mom, grandma, sister, and friend. Beverly was the glue that held everyone together with kindness, elegance, and love. She is and will forever be irreplaceable to those who knew and loved her.
Beverly is survived by her Husband, George Heady; her Children, Debbie (Roger), David (Laura), Rhonda (Alan), Tom (Karla), Debbie (Brent), and Chris; 14 Grandchildren; 13 Great-grandchildren; sisters, Brenda (Ron) and Judy (Bob); and a host of extended friends and family.
Beverly is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald; and sister, Mary Sue.
A visitation will be held on Friday, September 16, 2022, from 4-7PM at Flanner Buchanan—Washington Park East, 10722 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46229. Additional visitation will be held the following day from 11AM-1PM. The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at 1PM. Beverly will be laid to rest in Washington Park East Cemetery.
