Betty June Moore

Betty June Moore, 82, Indianapolis, entered eternal life with our Lord Jesus on February 19, 2013. She was born December 31, 1930 in Lyons, IN to Frank and Olive (Moore) Boruff, and was a twin in a family of 11 children. Betty married Jackie T. Moore on December 23, 1950. She owned and operated Betty's House of Beautiful Women for many years. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Jackie, and nine siblings. She is survived by her sons, Billy (Jennifer) Moore and Tommy Moore; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Arletta Bowman. Visitation will be on Friday, February 22 from 4-8 PM at Flanner and Buchanan- Washington Park East. Betty's life will be celebrated on Saturday, February 23 at 1 PM at the funeral center, with visitation from 12 PM until service time. She will be laid to rest at Washington Park East Cemetery.
