Betty Hougland

Betty Jeanne Class Hougland 94 years old, of Brownsburg, IN passed away on February 26, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. Betty was known for her generous and giving spirit to all who knew her. She loved surrounding herself with her family and pets whom she adored. Betty and her late husband Iris (Hougy) Hougland was the owner of Hougy's General Store, in Clermont, Indiana. She is survived by her loving daughters, Carol Hougland Scherer and Nancy Hougland; sons, Steven Hougland and Eric Hougland (Rhonda); 8 grandchildren; 14 Great grandchildren; 2 Great great grandchildren; sister, Margaret (Peggy) Class Rulison (Dr. Clyde); brother, Joseph Fielden Class. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Barbara Lynn Hougland; father and mother Wesley and Millicent Class. Family and Friends may call from 10:00am-2:00pm Saturday, March 7, 2015 with funeral service at 2:00pm in Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East 10722 E. Washington St Indianapolis.
