Betty Foley

Betty J. Foley, 94, Indianapolis, passed away September 17, 2014. She was born May 22, 1920, in Indianapolis, the daughter of the late Steven and Faye (Barnes) Duncan. Betty is survived by her daughter, Jane Miller. The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation for the exceptional and loving care Betty received from Harcourt Nursing Home and Horizon Hospice. There are not any public services scheduled. Arrangements were entrusted to Flanner and Buchanan – Broad Ripple.
