Betty E. Usrey Kelley

Betty Ellen Stanley Usrey Kelley, 82, Indianapolis, died November 3, 2012. She was born in Bicknell, IN on March 8, 1930. She was a tax clerk for the State of Indiana, Motor Carrier Division for more than 10 years and an Insurance Agent for Primerica for over 20 years prior. She was preceded in death by her first husband William Ray Usrey and second husband, Ernest Kelley; parents William and Grace Stanley and brother, Prentice Stanley. Survivors include daughters, Sheila Hawkins, Jane (Ernie) Sawyers, Teresa (Kenny) Shrake, Judy Kober, and son Roger (Janice) Kelley, 10 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren on the way. Services will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, November 8 in Flanner and Buchanan-Decatur, with visitation there from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, November 7, Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
