81 of Avon, Indiana, passed away on October 11, 2023. Bettie was born on January 19, 1942, in Scottsville, Kentucky to the late Willie and Eva Simpson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Couch; sister, Rita Ramsey and her parents. She is survived by her son, Daniel (Nikita) Bailey; grandchildren, Anatasia, Kirah and Axel Bailey and sisters, Freida Spall and Glenda Hicks. Services will be private. Entombment will take place at Floral Park Cemetery.
