Bette M. Hughes

Bette M. Hughes, 87 was surrounded by her loving family when she passed away December 11, 2011. She was born June 26, 1924 to the late Fred and Lillian Moffatt. Bette is preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years, Randle Hughes. Survivors include her daughters, Sondra (Woody) Baker, Nancy (Tony) Zinger; grandchildren, Jennifer (Chris) Burton, Randy (Annette) Baker, Todd (Lisa) Brown; great-grandchildren, Nic, Zac and Christopher Burton, Mollie (Martin) Baker-Tikisus, Gavin and Garrett Brown and two sisters. Bette was preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters. Bette was a member of the Cyntheanne Christian Church. She was very involved in her church. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Friends may call Wednesday from 4:00-8:00 PM at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East 10722 E. Washington St. A service will be Thursday at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery In lieu of flowers, in memory of Bette Hughes, memorial contribution may be made to Cyntheanne Christian Church 13151 Cyntheanne Rd.
