Bernice Marie Dobbs

Bernice Marie Dobbs 88, Indianapolis, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2013. Bernice was born in Meeker, OH on December 25, 1924 to parents, Ora and Zelda Ford. Bernice, a licensed real estate agent, retired from Dobbs Realty as a real estate broker. She had also worked for the former Cornelius Printing Company. Bernice loved to garden and tend to her yard. One of her greatest joys was spending time with her family, especially the children. Bernice was preceded in death by her husband, Forest Earl Dobbs; son, Fredrick Earl Dobbs; and granddaughter, Mary Ellen Atwood. She will be lovingly missed by her daughter, Pam Liford (Kenneth John Liford); great-granddaughter, Samantha Pierce; and great-great-granddaughter, Alana Pierce. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 25, 2013 at Flanner and Buchanan- Washington Park East , where calling will be held from 12 p.m. until the service time.
